Bobbie Eudene of CENTURY 21® Wolff is heads above the competition. Also known as "Supergirl", she can fly high over the others, selling homes in a single bound of experience and enthusiasm!
Bobbie has been a REALTOR® for over thirty years, but she isn't slowing down anytime soon. She started out specializing in condominiums and has advanced throughout her career into the luxury homes and condo field. She's now known as the "Queen of Rockledge" based on her status and experience. Bobbie thinks that what truly sets her apart is a caring attitude. "I really do care about my clients and I think people can sense that about me," Bobbie said. Previous to joining the CENTURY 21® Wolff family, Bobbie was part of the Coldwell Banker franchise but says that CENTURY 21® Wolff was "the best move I ever made". She has been a Centurion in the CENTURY 21® system each year since she started but says she owes part of her success to the Wolff family. "This company really is a family affair," Bobbie said. "It's a fabulous place to be and they couldn't be more concerned about their agents than if we all were literally related." Bobbie believes that the Wolff family fosters a supportive enviroment, which enables their agents to be productive. Bobbie sings praises about Nick and Aileen Wolff and also Jo Falcone, the office manager, better known as our resident "Energizer Bunny". One of the many services they offer is an in-house mortgage company, which Bobbie believes to be extremely beneficial to a REALTOR®.
Bobbie's favorite part of being a REALTOR® is "helping people". She states, "I still get a kick out of helping people realize their dream." Bobbie works mostly by referrals, saying it is "very unusual" for her to work with new clients. The reasons for this are two-fold; first of all, she has a buyer's agent, Lew Kanner, who handles new customers for her team. Her husband, Steve Eudene, is also part of the team. In addition, she has many clients who say she is their "broker for life" and she makes herself available to them exclusively. One reason these clients love her so much might be due to the fact Bobbie says real estate is "still fun" for her. Another is that her personality is so lovely and these clients are often also friends. "I really value my clients and friends," Bobbie stated recently. "That should be the goal of anyone in real estate."
Bobbie says that biggest charge in the real estate industry since she starded is the advances in technology. "The interent is great and cell phones free us up to be out in the field," Bobbie states. "Emailing information is terrific. It makes it possible for us to utilize our time better and not wast our customer's time." One relationship she is particularly fond of is one with her Internet Project Manager, Cathleen O'Hare. Since 1998, Cathleen has been assisting Bobbie with her websites, www.4westchesterhomes.com and www.WestageTowers.info, among other things. Cathleen says of Bobbie, "Bobbie is detail-oriented, pays great attention to her clients and here follow-through is complete; in my opinion, this is what makes Bobbie very, very good at real estate.
